My touch can be deep/firm or light depending on what is necessary with the task at hand. Almost always using aromatherapy blends to enhance the treatment and outcomes, while using comfortable and cozy clean linen to see and touch.

Frequently coaching and encouraging clients to a proactive role in their health and wellness practices, which includes eating a well-balanced diet, regular exercise and problem-solving stress reduction activities. The most important value for me is that every client is treated with honor and respect!
